❄️ NOW HIRING: SIDEWALK SNOW CLEARING MANAGER
Propel Landscape Management is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Sidewalk Snow Clearing Manager to lead our sidewalk snow removal operations this winter.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing quality work, and can handle the responsibility of managing a route and a small team during winter weather events.
What you’ll do:
Manage and coordinate sidewalk snow-clearing operations
Operate snow-removal equipment and machinery
Lead a crew and make sure assigned sidewalks are cleared properly and on time
Monitor weather conditions and be prepared to respond to snow events
Communicate with management throughout snow events
Ensure sidewalks are safe, clean, and properly treated
Help with loading, unloading, equipment preparation, and winter maintenance
Work overnight, early morning, weekends, and holidays when winter storms require it
What we’re looking for:
Previous snow removal or landscaping experience preferred
Previous leadership/management experience is a plus
Dependable and able to respond when called
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Able to work in cold, snowy, and physically demanding conditions
Valid driver’s license
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and lead others
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED!
Propel will provide a dedicated sidewalk snow-clearing machine/equipment to help you efficiently complete your routes. You will not be expected to provide your own snow-removal machinery.
PAY:
💰 Pay based on experience and qualifications with bonus opportunities.
This is a winter seasonal position with the opportunity for full time work with Propel based on performance and availability.
