This project first came to us this time last year after the insurance carrier denied a lot of the damage and then significantly underpaid the damages. We knew the homeowner deserved better, so we fought for what was right.
The claim ultimately went through both appraisal and an umpire process. In the end, every covered damage was properly indemnified, and the homeowner received full payment for the loss.
From there, we got to work. We replaced the R-panel metal roof on both the barn and the shop. Because the shop had spray foam insulation adhered to the underside of the existing metal panels—and was filled with valuable personal belongings—we installed a retrofit roofing system. This allowed us to install a brand-new metal roof without disturbing the original roof deck or the spray foam insulation, saving the homeowner significant time, expense, and disruption.
We also installed an upgraded Class 4 impact-resistant roofing system on the home, new 6-inch black gutters, and solar screens.
What an incredible transformation! We’re grateful the homeowners trusted us to stand beside them from the initial denial all the way through the final nail. The results speak for themselves.
