What does being a General Contractor mean to us? This week it means: Recycling 2 garbage cans of copper wire/communication wire for $419 while recycling trailer load of used steel studs/HVAC ductwork for only $30; removing some tough floor tile out of 33,000 square feet; hauling off asphalt from the Prosser Airport to get recycled; getting a home cooked dinner for working late from a new client for picking up demoed concrete at his house to be recycled; remotely opening the gate at our recycling yard so a client can drop off material to be recycled; hauling crushed rock to a repeat client and finally the plumbing subcontractor passed inspection of the sewer line so it can be backfilled/concrete poured back next week.
