Work and requirements vary depending on job and scope of work. Typically need a laborer for concrete removal, excavation, and manual labor. 

This is not a part time position and is only as needed when additional help is required on specific jobs.

Close to $1 million home on the east side of Cincinnati and this is what the customer gets their laundry room is located on the third floor and they noticed that the washer pan was laying there with a giant hole just over a 3 inch opening in the floor so the contractor and/or plumber answer was to cut a shower drain in half shove it in the hole and caulk around it to give the appearance that there was some type of drain that was functional. In reality it was merely aesthetics and even at that not aesthetically pleasing had the washer ever leaked it would have flooded the floor and the ceiling below causing an ungodly amount of damage in a million dollar home. We made the repairs correctly so they could have the washer installed but I could not believe my eyes initially thinking that someone does this type of work and then it reflects poorly among the trade it’s just sad that some people take no pride in their craftsmanship these days especially in a home that coat that much. However again it is now repaired and repaired correctly along with several other things including their hose bibs that we’re not secured and ready to rip off the wall but all is now ok and the customer can have peace of mind not worrying that a potential flood happens if the washing machine ever leaks.

While it typically it is not common practice that most plumbing companies install the actual cabinetry and or vanity with Undermount sinks we are willing to take on the task on and make a customer happy and hopefully exceed their expectations. Today I had the privilege To do business with a customer who previously had some negative interactions with prior contractors and help them regain trust and confidence in contractors as there are many still out there that take pride in their trade and craftsmanship. I believe in nothing less then taking pride in your work and treating everyone’s home as if it was your own home and I hope it shows through our work and ability to personalize each job to the customer’s specifications. I personally want to thank each and everyone of you that have reached out to us for work or even just an inquiry into the course of action that you should potentially take.
