The rain might have us stuck inside today, but we are still thinking about the 2026 MCA of Kansas City Golf Outing. It was great connecting with everyone on a much drier day! Thank you MCA of Kansas City for hosting a fantastic event!

Today, we hosted our 3rd Annual Mental Mindfulness Ice Cream Social.

Our guest speaker shared valuable insights into the science of happiness and offered practical perspectives on well-being and finding happiness in the day-to-day. The event also provided time for meaningful connection and, of course, ice cream!

We remain committed to fostering a workplace where our people feel connected and supported.

Last month we hosted our Second Annual Mental Mindfulness Ice Cream Social. We were honored to welcome Carly Silverstein, Assistant Team Clinician for the Kansas City Chiefs and founding member of Sack the Stigma, who shared valuable insights on building a mental health playbook for both work and life. It was a great afternoon of learning, connection, and ice cream. We're already looking forward to next year!

We successfully replaced a 20-ton VAV rooftop unit on short notice after an unexpected failure. Thanks to quick coordination, we located one of the only in-stock units and had it installed right away.

Shoutout to the crew who made it happen: Cody Enlow, David Horn, Jim Noel (Father of a 2021 SCA graduate), and Gabriel Sanders - a 2025 SCA graduate and new pipefitter apprentice. Incredible work by a great team!
