With several years of customer service experience, Kaylie understands the importance of building relationships, clear communication, and creating positive experiences for the people we serve. Her friendly personality and dedication to helping others make her a valuable part of the HazPro team.

In addition to her role at HazPro, Kaylie owns and operates her own photography business, where she combines her creativity and passion for capturing meaningful moments. Her experience behind the camera enhances her marketing skills and helps bring HazPro’s story to life.

Meet Jessianna Melo
Jessianna is the co-owner, CFO, and administrative lead at HazPro. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, she wears many hats to help keep the company running smoothly each day. With more than 5 years of business ownership, over 7 years of administrative experience, and 15 years in customer service, she is passionate about creating a positive experience for both clients and team members.
For Jessianna, people always come first. Whether she's helping clients navigate a difficult situation, coordinating operations, or supporting the HazPro team, her goal is to make every interaction feel personal, professional, and caring.
Outside of work, her greatest joy is being a full-time mom to her son. She also has a passion for working with both people and horses through groundwork-based equine-assisted personal development, helping individuals build confidence, communication skills, and personal growth through meaningful interactions with horses. Ronald is the COO, co-owner, and a certified, licensed remediation technician at HazPro. With over 10 years of experience in logistics, contracting, and remediation, he brings dedication, expertise, and a strong work ethic to every project.
Born in Brazil with dwarfism, Ronald has overcome many challenges throughout his life. Becoming a U.S. citizen stands as one of his proudest achievements and reflects the perseverance, determination, and gratitude that have shaped his journey.
Today, Ronald's greatest blessings are his faith in God, his beautiful wife and son, and the opportunity to serve his community through HazPro. When he's not helping clients restore their homes and businesses, you'll often find him behind a drum set pursuing his lifelong passion for music.

Meet Tony Lenci
Tony is a Senior Technician and co-owner of HazPro, bringing more than 20 years of experience in remediation, restoration, and construction. He is licensed and certified at the highest levels of industry compliance and training, with a commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and professional standards on every project.
While his extensive industry knowledge has helped countless property owners navigate difficult situations, Tony considers his greatest accomplishment to be his family. He is the proud father of two sons and four daughters and takes great joy in watching them raise his six grandchildren—with more blessings still to come.
When he's not helping clients restore their homes and businesses, Tony enjoys spending time on the softball field, competing in senior softball and staying active with the sport he loves.
