Got these 2 tile showers finished up this week!
In the master we added 2 inset soap shelves and a bench across the back wall!
4x8 subway tile
Grout color: Sahara beige

We like doing these because it's skill based and tile is an art! You have to think about the finished product with every step and could ruin it completely by just messing up 1 step.

Check out this complete transformation! This looks like a completely different house!

In this project we replaced the roof with crinkle black weathermaster metal roofing panels.
We installed metal board and batten style siding in charcoal grey crinkle.
We replaced all soffits, ceilings, and fascia with ash grey crinkle 26ga metal.
We also framed up a new 12'x26' back porch cover.
And we custom built barn style double doors for their shed.
This homeowner picked a beautiful color pallet and excellent, low maintenance, durable material. Every piece of metal on this house has a manufacturer's warranty of 40 years! And we wrapped the entire exterior of the house.
We really enjoy working with this siding and love to see the difference when we complete a project.

Anytime that you're running late to work. All you have to do is stop and buy breakfast for some fellow employees. what this does is it gives you options. Number one it shows that you thought about your fellow employees and that you care about their well being. Number two it gives you the opportunity to blame being late on the breakfast line. Your boss can't be mad at you if you show up with breakfast.

In this project we converted this back porch into a sunroom. It turned out beautiful and gave them extra space while also adding value to the house.

This week we replaced the decking on a 1,250sq.ft. porch! It turned out beautiful!

25'x25' garage!
In this project we framed a handicap ramp off of the existing deck and extended the existing porch cover out to the edge of the house. We then built this beautiful 25'x25' two car garage with 10,x 8' garage doors. We installed D5 straight lap vinyl for the siding and a black weather master metal roofing system. This was a fun project, great before and after photos and we hope for more garages and add-ons in the future!
