We are incredibly grateful for our alumni, who continue to pour their talents back into the Lasallian experience! Over Spring Break, Hudepohl Construction and Nieman Plumbing kicked off the "rough-in" phase for our brand-new LSI space, which will be ready for the 2026-27 school year. Meanwhile, Hardig Industrial returned to added some stunning finishing touches to our new Terrazzo entryway.

There is something truly special about watching our graduates help build the future for the next generation of Lancers. We are beyond blessed to work hand-in-hand with such dedicated alumni-owned companies!

We are looking for a full time Construction Administrator

Job description, duties, and responsibilities:

· Works and corresponds with Project Managers, Clients/owners, subcontractors, vendors.
· Assist with estimating process for residential and commercial projects
· Research/analyze project costs and requirements
· assist with preparing estimates
· Track job costs/change orders
· Oversee and maintain company’s One Drive system (Document management)
· Prepare permit applications
· Other administrative duties as assigned (I.E. answering phones, ordering supplies, organize office space
· Provide a professional appearance and communication in all interactions
· Assist in project coordination by organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
· Coordinate with project managers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

We are looking for a forward thinking, organized individual with
excellent resource, planning, and time management skills and proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel
