5 signs a home is designed well:

📌 Its got a point of view.
📌 Outside feels like part of the home.
📌 Light is part of the plan from day 1.
📌 Every detail was chosen, not added.
📌 Its about how it feels, not how big it is.

More glass. More light. More wow.

Window walls are one of our favorite design features. These floor-to-ceiling designs make a room feel bigger and connect it to the outdoors.

You like working with your hands. Solving problems. Getting the details right. And there's something pretty satisfying about stepping back and saying, “Yep. Fixed it.”

That sounds a lot like the people we're looking for.

If you're mechanically inclined, customer-focused and take pride in doing the job right, we'd like to meet you.

You know who you are. 👀

Something isn't working quite right and, before anyone even asks, you're already trying to figure out why.

You like working with your hands. Solving problems. Getting the details right. And there's something pretty satisfying about stepping back and saying, “Yep. Fixed it.”

Growth doesn't happen just because you get busier.

It happens because you keep learning.

As Pella by Horne continues to grow, we're making sure our people grow right along with us—with ongoing training, education, hands-on practice and opportunities to keep getting better at what they do.

Because Build Something Better isn't only a promise we make to our customers.

It's an expectation we have for ourselves.

Keep learning. Keep improving. Keep building.

Some days, Build Something Better looks a lot like this.

Good people. A few laughs. And a team that genuinely enjoys being together.

Because while we take the work seriously, we don’t think we have to take ourselves seriously all the time.

Here’s to the people who make the workday a little more fun.

What if you had more to sell than “this one or that one?”

Traditional. Modern. Statement-making. Subtle. Windows, doors and solutions designed around the way each customer wants to live.

At Pella by Horne, our sales representatives aren't limited to a couple of options. They help homeowners and builders find the right solution for the project and that means every conversation can be different.

With exciting products like Vista joining the lineup and even more on the way, there’s a lot to talk about.

And right now, we're looking for our next Sales Representatives across the state.

If you know how to build relationships, understand what a customer is trying to accomplish and turn possibilities into solutions, we should talk.

Build your book. Build relationships. Build Something Better.
