My name is Tim, and I’m the owner of Honestee Home Services.

I started this business with a simple goal — to bring honesty, craftsmanship, and professionalism back to home repair and improvement.

Some projects are complete remodels, while others are about giving well-loved pieces a second life. This was one of those projects, and it was a pleasure helping refresh these outdoor tables for Hope.

The coffee table and dining table had seen years of use, but with a little time and care they were brought back to life and ready for many more seasons outdoors. There's something especially satisfying about restoring quality furniture instead of replacing it.

If you have furniture that's weathered over time but still has good bones, refinishing can be a great way to restore its beauty while preserving the pieces you already love.

Every remodel has its own challenges, and this one was no exception. It was a great project to be a part of, and I'm grateful to Michael and Vince for trusting Honestee Home Services to help bring their vision together.

This remodel included lead-based paint demo and preparation, new countertops and backsplash, new flooring and shoe moulding, a tiled shower surround and ceiling, miscellaneous plumbing and electrical updates, venting the bathroom fan to the exterior after discovering it had been improperly installed, repairing a damaged door frame, replacing the toe kick and cabinet end panel, and tackling significant pet odor remediation.

A project like this is a reminder that remodeling is about more than updating how a home looks—it's also about correcting hidden issues and making the space cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable to live in.

Thank you again to Michael and Vince for the opportunity. I appreciate the trust you placed in me and hope you enjoy the finished space for many years to come.

I'm grateful to the Brushwyler family for trusting me with their basement remodel. It was a pleasure to help turn an unfinished space into a beautiful, functional part of their home.

This project included framing, hanging and casing doors, finish trim work, cabinet installation, sink installation, and new flooring. Seeing everything come together is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do, and I'm thankful I had the opportunity to be a part of this project.

If you've been thinking about finishing your basement or tackling another home improvement project, I'd love the opportunity to help. Feel free to send me a message to talk about your project.

Bathroom transformation using Luan wainscoting on the lower walls and custom wood slat paneling above.

Photo 1 shows the original space.
Photo 2 is an AI generated concept the client shared at the beginning of the project.
Photo 3 shows the installed wainscoting and paneling before painting
Photos 4 and 5 show the completed bathroom.

The AI rendition was extremely helpful in dialing in the exact look and proportions the client wanted before any work began. Having a clear visual reference allowed for confident decisions on layout, material transitions, and overall finish quality.

This project is a great example of how thoughtful design tools combined with solid craftsmanship can turn a vision into a finished space that feels intentional and refined.

Another transformation complete.

This project started with an existing finished opening that was not sized correctly for the new French doors. I reframed the opening to properly fit the doors, installed the new unit, and finished it off with clean casing detail.

Two photos show the original opening. The next two show the final result.

Proper framing makes all the difference in how a door operates and how it looks. Solid, square, and finished right.

Just wrapped up a clean upgrade — swapped out an old light fixture for a new ceiling fan. Better airflow, better lighting, and a big comfort boost for the room. If you’re looking to make simple changes that go a long way, fan installs are one of the quickest ways to improve a space.

Wrapped up a nice little upgrade on Tuesday — installed two new cabinets and cut a countertop to size for a perfect custom fit. It’s always satisfying to see a space come together with clean lines and solid installation. If you’ve got a small project that needs a precise touch, I’m always happy to help make it happen. 👌🔧

Wish I had more photos of the process, but this playhouse was one of my favorite builds back during Covid — and I’d love to tackle another one!
Custom builds like this are always a blast, so if you’ve been thinking about creating a play space for your kids (or grandkids), let’s make it happen.

First job completed for Real Property Management Partners. This apartment needed serious help — smoke damage, ruined carpet, and walls that had seen better days.
Tore everything out and installed brand-new LVP flooring throughout the unit.
Major props to Luxe Home Canvas for absolutely crushing the painting on this one!
