We were cheering on the home team today as they were working hard on our front walk. We were without power, and most people worked remote except for a dedicated few who are greatly appreciated!

Last Thursday, we had the honor of serving as a table sponsor at the Family Promise of West Michigan of West Michigan Dreams Dinner, themed “Let’s Go Home.”

What a powerful night. The room was filled with people who believe every family deserves a place to call home and we were proud to be part of it.

The need is growing. Family Promise is seeing a 30% increase across West Michigan, which means more families, more children, and more urgency than ever before. Through their constant efforts, 90% of the families they serve move from shelter into permanent housing. That is what happens when a community shows up and works together.

We are proud to stand alongside Family Promise as part of that effort. Because every child deserves to hear the words, “Let’s go home.”

Big things are happening at Newco and Blox Design Build Containers!

Our team has been actively updating our showroom, and the next phase will include two new container spaces, an ADU, and an office with a pop-up retail component. The space is designed to show how adaptable these builds can be, whether for commercial use, housing solutions, or creative community spaces.

We’ll be scheduling a ribbon cutting with the Grand Rapids Chamber soon and will begin hosting networking events onsite. This will be a place to gather, connect, and see the work up close.
