✨ Behind the Scenes ✨

Every beautiful bathroom starts with a vision and a whole lot of craftsmanship.

From framing out custom niches to setting cabinetry in place, each step brings this space closer to becoming a bathroom that is as functional as it is beautiful.

Soon, these homeowners will have organized storage, a spacious vanity, and a space designed to make busy mornings feel a little calmer and everyday routines a little more enjoyable.

The finishing touches are still to come, but we love seeing a project take shape. Stay tuned for the final reveal!

LOVE YOUR HOME...AGAIN

We’re so excited to be a small part of this year’s 15th Annual Purse Auction! 👜💕

Delight Remodel & Design had the opportunity to donate this year’s featured raffle purse, a gorgeous Tory Burch Eleanor Satchel valued at $1,000, along with $100 cash tucked inside. Because really, what’s better than a new purse? A new purse with spending money. 😉

Unlike the purses being auctioned that evening, this one will be raffled off, with entries available for just $20 each.

We love being able to support an event like this and can’t wait to see who gets to take this beauty home!

Thursday, September 24 | 6–9 PM
Venue3Two in Grand Rapids

Good luck to everyone entering! 🤎

Bathrooms are usually the last place to get a personality upgrade? This one said not today.

Here’s how smart design choices turned a standard space into a modern, spa-like retreat, with style that doesn’t sacrifice function:

Bold Wallpaper as a Feature Wall
The wallpaper brings personality and movement without overwhelming the room. By keeping it to one main wall, the space feels intentional, not busy, and it instantly makes the bathroom feel custom.

Glass Shower with Black Hardware
The clear glass keeps the room feeling open and spacious, while the black frame adds contrast and structure. It defines the shower without chopping the room in half visually.

Slatted Wood Tile in the Shower
This gives you the warmth of wood without the stress of real wood in a wet space. It adds texture, depth, and spa vibes while still being durable and easy to maintain. Pretty and practical is always a win.

Vessel Sink + Simple Vanity Combo
That sculptural vessel sink is the star, so the vanity stays clean and understated. This balance lets one bold element shine without competing for attention and makes the whole space feel curated, not cluttered.

Same log home. A whole new kitchen. ✨

You know that feeling when you love the character of your home…but the spaces inside just aren’t working for you anymore?

That was the challenge here.

Instead of fighting the rustic beauty of this home, we designed around it. The kitchen was reworked with updated cabinetry, appliances and storage, while stone, warm wood and copper details helped the new design feel like it had always belonged here.

Now these homeowners have a kitchen that functions for everyday cooking and gathering without losing the cozy character that made them love their home in the first place.

And we didn’t stop at the kitchen. 👀

There’s a pretty incredible bathroom transformation coming in the full reveal!

👀 SNEAK PEEK!

When your home has this much character, remodeling isn’t about making it look like every other house. It’s about keeping what you love while making the space work better for the way you live today.

For these homeowners, that meant updating both their kitchen AND bathroom while staying true to the warm, rustic character of their log home.

We brought in natural stone, rich wood tones, warm metals and thoughtful details that feel right at home alongside those incredible original logs and beams.

And this little peek? It’s only the beginning. 👀

Every job site needs a good helper. 🐾🔨

Dan had a little extra supervision on this one and we’re pretty sure his new assistant was keeping a very close eye on the details. 😂

Helpful? Debatable. Adorable? Absolutely.

Just another day on a Delight job site!
