Looking for motivated individuals who are ready to work, learn, and build real trade skills.

No experience? That’s okay.
We are willing to train the right people.

Starting pay for entry-level laborers is **$100/day** while learning the trade and developing skills on the job.

You will gain hands-on experience in:

* Drywall
* Framing
* Painting
* Trim work
* Cabinetry
* Tile installation
* General remodeling & construction

If you already have experience in any of these areas, higher pay will absolutely be discussed based on skill level, work ethic, and experience.

This is more than just a job to us.
We believe in teaching people skills they can carry for life — skills that can help you provide for yourself, your family, and create bigger opportunities in the future.

As we close out another week, we just want to take a moment to say thank you — to our clients, our supporters, and every family and business that trusts us to help bring their homes and projects back to life. This week came with long hours, hard work, and plenty of challenges, but God continues to provide the strength, opportunities, and favor to keep moving forward.

This Memorial Day weekend, we also pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for this country. Their courage and selflessness are the reason we enjoy the freedoms we have today. We will never take that for granted.

There are moments in life where you sit back and realize the long nights, stress, and sacrifices were worth it.

Tonight is one of those nights.

I’m beyond grateful for every single person who trusted me enough to call, message, share my name, or support my business in any way. None of this happens without YOU.

Big moves are being made behind the scenes… and this next chapter is something I’ve been working toward for a long time.

Today is the DAY!!!

Man I could cry I really could….

The amount of effort, time, and desire I put into this business has finally gave me something to show the world that I AM MOVING FORWARD!

What I show later will just be “ something” to most but it’s everything to me, it’s life showing me that all my hard work, efforts, lost sleep, long days, and all the fight has finally gave me a reward… I didn’t beg for it, I didn’t complain to get it, I busted my ass and put my head down to make sure that no matter what… no one can say I didn’t earn it!

Today, we honor the women who hold families together with strength, grace, sacrifice, and unconditional love. Mothers are the foundation of the home—pouring into their children, supporting their families, and carrying burdens many never see.

A quick solution to a should not of happened problem for this client!

That’s ANOTHER ONE in the books!

Some trim, toe kick, caulking, installing cabinet trim, and painting.

Now off to the factory to set on the rubber cove trim and paint the wall and have that one DONE TODAY TOO!

Riding into the weekend with a full schedule ahead!

I am in need of reliable workers. You must have your own transportation or the ability to at least get to the shop in the morning and I will take you with me and my vehicle.

We are located in Wayland area
But we work all over

If you know anybody who’s looking for a job, please have a message me or give the business line a call directly. You can start as early as today.

Pay is $100 a day for 90 working days or until you can provide skills to be set on your own on solo jobs whichever comes first.
If you’re someone who has skills in this field, I will be able to determine that within the first 3 to 5 days and we can renegotiate the pay

You must be responsible, respectful, and reliable. I do not have time to babysit anyone.
