All the rainy weather this week didn’t dampen our excitement for this newly completed patio. And, on the bright side, the new site drainage system has had a good test run! Bluestone pathways connect to bluestone seating areas and an exposed aggregate concrete patio. New planting creates a seamless transition between the building and surrounding prairie grassland.

Ten Grand Rapids parks now have free public Wi-Fi access thanks to a pilot program supported by CARES Act funding! This includes Richmond Park where we recently collaborated with the City on improvements.

We're excited to be working with the City of Ionia to apply for 2021 grants to fund improvements to Balice and Hale Park and the Fred Thwaites Grand River Trail.

The Ionia City Council approved resolutions to submit grant applications for improvements to Balice Park, Hale Park and the Fred Thwaites River Trail.
