Construction is well underway on the new horse barn at the Hudsonville Community Fairgrounds. Structural steel er****on is complete, and crews have installed the exterior metal wall panels along the sidewall. Roof panel installation is scheduled to begin next week as the building continues to take shape.

We're proud to be part of a project that will support the fairgrounds and its exhibitors for years to come.

We are happy to announce that BCI recently completed an addition for The Borough in Allendale near the GVSU campus! Originally constructed in 2024, BCI returned to expand the space with additional seating, gathering and game areas, large windows for natural light, a glass garage door connection to the original dining space, and an updated outdoor patio. Stop in and check it out!

Progress is moving along at Jenison Christian School! Masonry walls are going up for the new building connector and office additions, while new sidewalks and parking lot improvements continue on site. We’re excited to see this project continue coming together for the school community.

Construction is underway at Lake District Flats in Ludington, where BCI Construction is providing Construction Management services for this four-building apartment community along the lakeshore. The project includes 97 one- and two-bedroom units, with buildings turning over in phases through the summer. Watch for progress updates as we move toward completion.
