Another industrial project is taking shape in the Southeast. Our crews are at work on two new spec distribution warehouses totaling more than 379,000 SF.

Building 1 will span 126,360 SF, while Building 2 adds another 252,720 SF. More space going up, and more momentum for our team across the Southeast. Go RED!

Customer service is about how we treat our partners, how we perform the work, and how we can expand the project when needed.

At Kingsley Park in Columbus, our team scaled the project when the customer needed more than they originally asked for. We had the stock and equipment ready and were able to nearly double the original contract for the project. By the end, we poured 102,192 SF of product across seven apartment buildings and 180 units.

Complex building systems? Bring it on.

Our team in the Southeast recently delivered 47,647 SF of slab on grade, 2,968 SF of slab on metal deck, 30,062 SF of site concrete, and 31,654 SF of tilt-up panels for the Sennebogen advanced manufacturing facility. Through changing weather conditions, we coordinated daily to stay ahead of cold winter conditions and keep the tight tolerances this project required.
