Caden joins Angstrom Technology with a strong foundation in project coordination, construction estimating, and client relationship management. A recent graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising Management with a minor in Spanish, Caden combines analytical skills, communication expertise, and a strong work ethic to support successful project delivery.

In his most recent role as Sales Representative and Project Coordinator, Caden developed detailed project estimates, performed material and labor takeoffs, coordinated project schedules, and managed projects from initial estimate through completion. His experience collaborating with clients, suppliers, and field crews has helped him build a solid understanding of construction operations and project ex*****on.

Fluent in Spanish and recognized throughout his academic career on the Dean's List, Caden brings energy, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous growth. We are excited to have him join Angstrom Technology and look forward to the contributions he will make as part of our team.

Tim brings more than 20 years of experience in project management, construction operations, estimating, and team leadership across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering complex projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and exceptional client service.

Most recently, Tim has managed high-end custom residential construction projects, overseeing every phase from pre-construction planning through final completion. His expertise includes budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, risk management, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Tim's background also includes managing commercial construction projects, leading large-scale infrastructure bids, and owning and operating successful construction and excavation businesses. This experience, developing the cross-functional team leadership that keeps complex projects moving, has consistently resulted in successful project outcomes and long-term customer partnerships.

At Angstrom Technology, Tim's extensive project leadership experience, commitment to quality, and collaborative approach will help strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional cleanroom and controlled environment solutions for our clients.
