Blox Design Build Containers

09/01/2026

Blox was proud to be a sponsor of the 2026 Return to the River Festival, celebrating everything that makes downtown Grand Rapids and the Grand River special.
This year, one of our shipping containers got to be part of the action, transformed into an event activity that festival-goers got to experience firsthand. There's nothing quite like seeing our containers step outside their usual role as offices, retail spaces, and pop-up bars to become part of a community celebration like this one.
Grand Rapids is home for us. It's where we design, build, and fabricate every container that leaves our facility. Being part of a festival that brings the city together along the river felt like a natural fit.
Thanks to the Return to the River Festival team and Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. for having us, and to everyone who stopped by to check out the container in action. Here's to more moments like this!

Be a Bum, Have fun and the Beach

There’s something special about finding a place where life naturally slows down. A place where mornings begin with coffee on the porch, afternoons are spent soaking up the sun, and evenings end with family gathered together under the stars. At Blox Design. Build. Containers and Newco Design Build. we think about that alot.
It’s all about simple living—where indoor comfort flows effortlessly into outdoor enjoyment. Kids playing outside, laughter around the table, quiet moments with a good book, and making memories that last a lifetime.
Sometimes the greatest luxury isn’t having more—it’s having a little place to call your own. A place to unplug, reconnect, and enjoy the things that matter most: family, fun, sunshine, and the freedom to simply be.

Slow down. Step outside. Make memories. Live simply.

Future Solve 2026!
We are thrilled to be working with an incredibly gifted group of students. Empowering the youth to use their ideas to solve real world business problems helps all of us. It helps the student develop the skills they will need as future leaders and it helps businesses remember that they are the future and the future is now.
We cannot wait to see what our team does with the problem we gave them to solve.
