🎉 Four Years with GLP&H — Happy Work Anniversary, Becky!

Some roles are easy to see. Becky's isn't — and that's exactly what makes her so valuable.

As our Dispatcher, Becky is the connective tissue between customers, technicians, and everything that has to happen before a truck rolls out the door. When things get hard — and in this business they do — Becky absorbs it quietly and keeps moving.

When a team member left without notice during one of the busiest times of the year, Becky stepped up and carried the load for weeks. Stressed, stretched thin, and still showing up at 6:45am on days when life was pulling her in every direction. Great attitude. Great communication. Never let the customers or the technicians feel the weight she was carrying.

Four years of showing up, holding the line, and being the kind of teammate everyone counts on without always saying so.

🎉 Ten Years with GLP&H — Happy Work Anniversary, Melissa!

Ten years ago Melissa joined Grand Lake Plumbing & Heating. Today she and Travis own it — and there isn't a corner of this company she hasn't touched.

As Operations Manager, Melissa is the reason things run the way they do. When something isn't working, she figures it out. When the company needs to show up for the community, she's there — whether that's the Grand Lake tree lighting, the Granby parade of lights, or building a float for the 4th of July.

The field team gets the 5-star reviews. Melissa makes sure there's a company worth reviewing.

🎉 Two Years with GLP&H — Happy Work Anniversary, Danny!

Two years in and Danny has become exactly the kind of teammate and technician Grand Lake Plumbing & Heating is built on.

Hannah didn't plan on moving to Grand County, and she definitely didn't plan on working in plumbing and heating. But when the Install Coordinator position came up, it felt right immediately.
