After a long hard battle with the Hartford I’m glad to say they finally decided in our homeowners best interest!!! I have been fighting this claim since June of last year !!! I told the homeowner I would go to bat ! We got a public adjuster involved….2 engineers or 3 it’s been so many trips back and forth I can’t remember!!! But I replaced almost every house around this family’s home they wouldn’t budge !!! Well now they finally know I’m not giving up on my people and if they are willing to fight so am I !!! I was willing to settle for half the amount we were finally awarded but it now incurred Public adjuster fees and engineer fees so it’s just shy of 100k judgment!! I’m just glad we will be replacing his roof on his forever home and he didn’t fold !!! You need a contractor that will fight for you and your family Good faith will do just that !!! 💪
