A view from above. ⛳️

Our 12,000 sq. ft. custom home is taking shape overlooking the golf course, and this aerial view gives a glimpse of just how incredible its setting will be.

With the structure coming together, you can already begin to see the scale of the home and how it was thoughtfully positioned to take advantage of the surrounding views from every room.

There’s still a long way to go, but the vision is becoming reality—one detail, one room, and one view at a time.

We can’t wait to show you what’s next. 👀

The vision is starting to come to life. 🤍

Our Scandinavian/Organic Modern spec home is moving into one of the most exciting phases of construction—paint, stone + concrete.

These natural, textural elements are bringing the clean Scandinavian lines to life while adding warmth, depth and that organic feel we love. From the architectural details to the material selections, every choice is designed to feel timeless, intentional and effortlessly connected to the surrounding landscape.

We can’t wait to watch this one come together. ✨

Home is better when family is close. 🤍
We’re excited to share this new home and ADU in Soaring Eagle—designed with multi-generational living in mind.
With a beautifully designed primary residence and a private ADU, this home offers the perfect balance of togetherness and independence. Whether it’s grandparents living nearby, adult children coming home, or simply creating space for the people who matter most, an ADU can make a home more adaptable for every season of life.
At Porter Homes, we believe a custom home should do more than look beautiful—it should be thoughtfully designed around the way your family actually lives.
One property. Two living spaces. More opportunities to stay connected.
That’s the beauty of building custom. 🏡
