Starting a new role in our business is more than learning the job itself. Understanding the overall operation is crucial to building a strong foundation for working safely.
On August 14, we had our New Miner Training to review site operations and processes at United East. The training helps new employees become familiar with the facility, recognize key safety expectations and gain a better understanding of how the operation works.
We're excited to have new team members on board and look forward to building our safety culture together.
