🌧️ EL NIÑO IS COMING… AND THAT COULD MEAN MORE MOISTURE FOR WESTERN COLORADO! ❄️

Grand Junction are you ready for whatever Mother Nature brings this winter?

A strong El Niño is developing for 2026–27, and forecasts are pointing toward the potential for a wetter-than-normal season across parts of Colorado.

That means one thing for your home: DON’T UNDERESTIMATE WATER! 💧

Rain, snow, melting snow and ice all have to go somewhere.
Without properly functioning gutters and downspouts, that water can end up right against your foundation, landscaping and siding~ where you don’t want it.

🏠 Your gutters are your home’s first line of defense against roof runoff.

Before the wet weather arrives, take a few minutes to check:

✔️ Are your gutters sagging or pulling away?
✔️ Are they leaking at the seams?
✔️ Are your downspouts directing water away from your foundation?
✔️ Are your gutters packed with leaves and debris?
✔️ Do you have areas where water pours over the gutter during heavy rain or snowmelt?

Don’t wait for the first big storm to find out your gutters aren’t ready.

At Four Seasons Gutter Systems, we help protect your home by getting the water off your roof and away from your foundation.

🌧️ More moisture? Bring it on!!!
We’ll help make sure your home is ready for it.

🚨 90° Rake Flashing for Drip Edge Has Got to GO! 🚨

We see it all the time, and unfortunately it causes unnecessary damage to homes.

A standard 90° rake flashing can trap water, force it behind the gutter, contribute to fascia rot, stain siding, and even lead to costly repairs.

🎥 Check out this video to see why 90° rake flashing is a problem and how the right flashing design helps water flow where it belongs.

Have you had problems with water getting behind your gutters? Let us know in the comments!

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to reach out and ask a small favor.

Our company is up for “Best of the West” again this year, and nominations are officially open.

What’s honestly incredible to us is that:
Last year, we won without even running a campaign.
That meant everything, it showed us how much support we truly have from people like you.

If you feel we’ve earned it, would you mind taking a minute to nominate us again this year?

How to Nominate:
Go to gjsentinel.com
Click on “Around The Home”
Scroll down to the Gutter category
Enter your email, postal code, and state
Click Nominate

It only takes about 30 seconds, and it really helps our small local business more than you probably realize.

We truly appreciate your support, always have, always will!

Thank you again,
Barbara Kinion
