🏡 Builder Spotlight: Integrity Homes

For Lawrence and Charlotte Balerio, building homes on the Western Slope is personal. They founded Integrity Homes in 2018 with a pretty simple philosophy: build every home with the same honesty, care, and craftsmanship they’d expect in their own.

And they each bring something different to the process. Lawrence has nearly 30 years of hands-on construction experience, while Charlotte works closely with homeowners on layouts, materials, finishes, and all those details that make a house feel like your house.

That combination allows them to work with families from the early ideas and floor plans all the way through the finishing touches. No two families are exactly alike, and their homes shouldn’t be either.

Integrity Homes was built on a simple idea: that a custom home should reflect the same care, honesty, and craftsmanship its name promises. Founded in 2018 by Lawrence and Charlotte Balerio, the company is a true family partnership rooted in Colorado's Western Slope.

Lawrence brings nearly three decades of construction experience to every project, with deep expertise spanning concrete, excavation, and custom home building. His hands-on knowledge of what happens beneath the surface — from the ground up — means Integrity homes are built to last, not just to impress.

Charlotte serves as the company's interior designer, shaping both the layout of each home and the materials that go into it. She works closely with clients through the finish selection process, helping every family turn their vision into a space that feels distinctly their own.

Backed by an in-house team that handles design and drafting, Lawrence and Charlotte can sit down with a customer, take their ideas, and bring them to reality — with the flexibility to adjust floor plans up front so each family ends up with the home they've always wanted.

For the Balerio’s, building homes on the Western Slope isn't just business — it's a commitment to the community they call home, one thoughtfully built house at a time.

We represented Integrity Homes in this golf tournament today! It was a great turnout and an an amazing day to golf for such great causes!

ATTENTION💥 all golfers for this weekend's tournament🏌‍♀️🏌‍♂️⛳️

Registration starts at 7:00 a.m.
Shot gun start at 8:00 a.m.

New this year is a co****le tournament also at Chipeta 9:00 a.m. on the tennis courts.

Lunch will be served at 12:30 and is open to the public, even if you're not playing or volunteering, come down for some fun and for the incredible raffle prizes and silent auction items we have this year! 🎁🎟

This is going to be our biggest, funnest year yet!!!
