✨ Another successful exterior upgrade! ✨

We completed the finishing touches on this sunroom/exterior project, including:

✔️ Installed new skirt board/trim around the entire addition
✔️ Wrapped and finished the base for a clean, finished appearance
✔️ Relocated and extended the downspout run to improve drainage and direct water away from the structure
✔️ Final caulking and detail work for a polished, low-maintenance finish
The new trim not only improves curb appeal but also helps protect the lower portion of the structure from moisture and weather damage and critters!
