The gardens are really coming to life and are producing the fruits of our hard work, but don’t forget that mid July in Michigan is the perfect time to plant fall crops! I’m putting in peas, kale, bok choy, collard greens and carrots. There’s nothing better than fall produce rich in flavors and nutrients!
