A DESIGN DECISION | THE INTENTIONAL ✨

Every detail of The Intentional has been thoughtfully selected to create a home that feels timeless, sophisticated, and effortlessly inviting.

The warm taupe cabinetry, natural hardwood floors, luxurious textures, dramatic black granite, and ch*****ne bronze accents are all coming together beautifully.

But one important decision remains… the perfect wall color! 🎨

🤎 Sanctuary — Warm, sophisticated, and beautifully layered. A soft, inviting backdrop that adds depth, richness, and understated elegance.

🤍 Shoji White — Light, airy, and effortlessly refined. A fresh, timeless backdrop that allows the architectural details and carefully curated finishes to shine.

Two beautiful colors. Two distinct personalities. One intentional design.

Now we want to hear from YOU!

Which would you choose for The Intentional?

The details are starting to make their entrance. ✨

A first glimpse of the stone taking shape at the front entry of The Intentional—and we may be biased, but she’s starting to turn a few heads. 👀

There’s still more to come, but this is exactly what we envisioned: texture, contrast, and a statement before you ever walk through the door.

IMAGINE. ✨

Right now, it’s Sheetrock, dust, and a whole lot of vision.

But this is where we see it headed. Warm finishes. Natural textures. Statement lighting. A kitchen made for gathering. And a space designed to feel just as good as it looks.

The walls are up. Taping has begun. And little by little, The Intentional is becoming exactly what we imagined.

Same space. A completely new story.

What’s behind the walls matters. 🏡

Insulation may not be one of the glamorous stages of building, but it plays a pretty important role in creating a comfortable, energy-efficient home—from cozy North Dakota winters to a welcome reprieve from the summer heat.

We were fortunate to have Frost Insulation handle this stage of The Intentional. Mason and Dalton were fantastic to work with—professional, personable, punctual, and incredibly attentive to detail. Their pride in their work showed throughout the entire job.

Another layer complete. Next up…drywall, and all this beautiful work disappears behind the walls.

What’s behind the walls matters. 🏠

Another big milestone at The Intentional—rough-ins are complete, inspection is behind us, and we’re officially moving on to insulation.

Before all that beautiful work disappears behind drywall, we have to give a shoutout to the crews who got us here:

⚡ All Pro Electric
💧 Total Care Plumbing
🌬️ C.L. Linfoot

So much of what makes a home comfortable, functional, and well-built is work you’ll never see once it’s finished—and that’s exactly why the details matter.

Now on deck: Frost Insulation. ❄️
Spray foam started today, and this house is getting one step closer to feeling like a home.

Pretty finishes will have their moment. 😉
Today, we’re celebrating what’s underneath them.

All Pro Electric clearly understands the assignment. 👏

Most of this beautiful organization will eventually disappear behind drywall—but meticulous work still matters, even when no one will ever see it.

Our Type A personalities are very pleased. 😂⚡️

Happy Labor Day!

Charlie conducted a thorough site inspection and has officially authorized:

✔️ No construction
✔️ No supervising
✔️ No measuring twice
✔️ No pretending we’re “just going to stop by the house for 10 minutes”
✔️ And absolutely NO labor on Labor Day.

She takes federal holidays very seriously.

Management approved. See you Tuesday. 😂
