Building trust with our clients is very important, which happens day by day when we respond to their needs and help solve their problems with quality workmanship and professionalism.

Our company is seeking a full-time Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance of all company properties and equipment, from residential houses, apartments buildings to commercial retail and office buildings. A successful candidate will be knowledgeable about building and light electrical and plumbing systems, motivated to perform their duties with minimal supervision and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
• Leverage specialized knowledge and techniques to repair problems in buildings
and other structures.
• Install Floor covering, drywall, light plumbing, roofing and electrical repairs
experience a plus.
• Inspect and repair and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing,
appliances and electrical systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance checks on tools and equipment, keep
storage and workshop space clean.
• Maintain a stock of key parts, tools, and supplies.
• Aid building occupants/tenants with repairs.
• Work as needed for emergencies (which may include nights and weekends).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Part-time applicants will be considered.

Office Coordinator

Reindeer Property Management is looking for an Office Coordinator to handle the day-to-day administrative functions for the business. This person would report to the Leasing Manager and Business Development Lead and be responsible for the following:

-Answer phone and email during business hours M-F

-Receive, record, and organize rent payments. Manage rent roll and execute late payment notices and invoices

-Tenant liaison on all issues, communication both verbal and written with tenants. Keep updated tenant directory and broadcast tenant distribution lists

-Help tenants fill out applications, run background checks and make decisions on tenant rental acceptance or denial

-Schedule and execute property showings at various locations throughout the city

-Prepare, organize, and manage lease agreements. Execute the signing of agreements with tenants

-Lead the lease check-in and check-out process for commercial, houses and apartments with tenants

-Assist in preparing tenant past due collections files, prior to collections agency placement

-Manage incoming maintenance requests from tenants, document work needing to be completed, and post information on maintenance project board

-Create and keep all advertising and promotional activities updated on web- based programs including, the Reindeer Property page, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, LoopNet/Costar, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School degree, exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in multiple computer programs including GMAIL, Excel, Word and Microsoft Office. A background in Property Management or Real Estate and strong plus. This person must be a self-starter who is serious, focused and very hardworking and able to integrate into a small company workplace environment. We are looking for a person with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with co-works and customers (tenants). If you are a job hopper, who cannot handle a fast-paced workflow, please do not apply.
