Our very own Megan has become a realtor! Contact her for all your buying and selling needs 🏡

Big news from the Ault household... I'm officially a Realtor with Oxford Realty! 🏡🎉

Most of you know that for the last several years I've been working behind the scenes in the office at my husband's construction company while also raising our three girls. I'm incredibly grateful I had the opportunity to be so involved in both, and those experiences have led me to this next path.

This is a new chapter for me—one that's both exciting and rewarding. I'm grateful that I can combine what I've learned through our family's construction business with helping people buy and sell homes. It feels like a natural next step, and I'm looking forward to helping people through one of the biggest decisions they'll make. If you or someone you know is thinking about buying, selling, or building, I'd love the opportunity to help. Even if you just have questions or don't know where to start, I'm always happy to chat.

Thank you to everyone who's encouraged me along the way. Your support means so much, and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me. ❤️

You've all been asking, "What are you guys doing at Braaten Auto?!"

We're expanding their shop by removing a brick wall and converting a former storage area into four new service bays. It's been a great project to be part of, and we're excited to see it come together.

A new concrete apron and siding are still to come, so keep an eye out for the final reveal!

Here are some photos of the process.

Thank you, Minn-Dak Growers of Grand Forks, for your continued trust in Ault Construction!
We’re excited to begin updating their office space — reconfiguring offices, building a new kitchenette, refurbishing bathrooms, adding fresh paint, and installing new windows.
We appreciate the opportunity to continue working together!
