🎄 NOW HIRING: SEASONAL CHRISTMAS LIGHT INSTALLERS 🎄

Luminous Landscapes is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Christmas lighting installation crew for the upcoming holiday season.

This is a physically demanding outdoor position involving the installation, maintenance, removal and organization of professional Christmas lighting displays.

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Report to Grand Bay, Alabama, to begin each workday
• Be available to work 6–12-hour days—and occasionally longer—during peak season
• CANNOT be afraid of heights
• Be willing and able to work safely from ladders, lifts and rooftops
• Be capable of walking steep-pitched roofs when required
• Be able to safely lift and carry a 32-foot aluminum extension ladder
• Be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
• Follow directions and established safety procedures
• Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Work well with a crew and communicate professionally
• Work outdoors in hot, cold and changing weather
• Have a basic understanding of extension cords, timers, GFCI outlets and electrical load limits
• Be dependable, punctual and available throughout our busy season
• Be willing to work occasional evenings or weekends when weather affects the schedule

Previous roofing, construction, landscaping, pressure-washing or holiday-lighting experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

💰 Pay is based on experience, with the possibility of earning performance-based bonuses.
