In honor of October being breast cancer awareness we have been wearing some new gear. If you see the team out in the neighborhood don't forget to honk!

This particular property needed emergency service and this is our emergency employee.

Chris Callaway we are sorry ish, but you said "anyone can get here I don't care who"

I was stuck on this great little project 54 yards of topsoil spread, seeded and strawed. Amazing growing conditions right now, you can feel the crispness in the air and soon it will be time to clean up those leaves.

2 week update
Looks like they did water a bit.
After a "noreaster" that didn't really produce
A couple spots still need to come up but we can always spot spray if need be, very happy with early results.

This is getting a bit out of control.....
We haven't raised prices this year but we have been charging a gas surcharge on every property all year. We had hoped that prices would rebound back a bit as the price of oil was going down, but it looks like we were wrong.

Fuel costs are one of the highest expenses we carry the burden on as a landscaping company. Payroll is higher naturally. We have some battery powered things here and there but not enough where it makes a difference cause electric prices aren't much better to charge them all.

At the end of the day gas prices are up 25% from the beginning of our season, should they go up anymore(and it looks like that is possible) we may have to adjust our fuel surcharge as the fall season is when we use the most mix and straight fuel on properties.
We are monitoring it daily.

Fixing up after a new driveway laid down a few weeks ago.
We spread some dirt, seed and straw. It's our first seeding of the 26' fall season. We are going to be very busy with many jobs on the books and future work we anticipate. Last year we went through 40- 50lb bags of seed which is a lot for a small operation like ours.

So we had 2 of these signs taken last night from this particular business. Time frames are 9pm -730 am. If you have any leads or saw someone taking signs we would appreciate a message or call.

While it may not seem like a lot but these signs do cost us money. $20 a piece when you are buying 50-100 at a time certainly adds up. We know the people who removed them could care less, but we will keep putting them up. These signs have a bit of an added feature though. We hope we don't have to use it and they stay where they were meant to be.

The owners of the property are happy to have us taking care of things now. Reliable service and professionalism.
