Why does Garrett’s background matter?

Because treating a lawn isn’t just about knowing what to spray. It’s knowing what the turf needs, when it needs it, and why.

Garrett has spent 15+ years managing turf at some of Texas’ top golf courses, where healthy grass isn’t a side job—it’s the entire job. He’s a Class A Golf Course Superintendent, a licensed chemical applicator and irrigator, and has a degree in Agronomy.

That experience means he understands things most homeowners never have to think about: soil conditions, turf varieties, w**d life cycles, disease, irrigation, weather, application timing, and how all of those things work together.

There’s a big difference between spraying a yard and managing turf.

!Fall pre-emergent season is almost here — and the window to apply it is limited!

Garrett will begin spraying next week as soon as temperatures drop into the right range. Pre-emergent isn’t something that can be applied anytime during the fall. There’s a specific window when soil temperatures are right and w**d seeds are beginning to germinate — and once that window passes, we can’t go back and prevent those w**ds.

That’s why NOW is the time to get on Garrett’s schedule.

Pre-emergent works before w**ds appear. The w**ds that drive you crazy all winter and early spring? We want to stop them before you ever see them.

If your yard is looking a little crispy right now… DON’T PANIC.

Brown doesn’t always mean dead. When Texas turns the heat up like THIS, even regular watering sometimes just can’t keep up. Your grass may go DORMANT as a way to protect itself and conserve energy until conditions improve.
