The coping layout is upon us! At this stage, the pool has had a multi-stage waterproofing applied and the tile installed. Now comes the super detailed work of the final tile pieces being installed while the coping layout is worked through. Making precision cuts on the coping is key during this phase to get a beautiful radius around this Freeform pool. This pool overlooking the Harbor Lakes Golf Course is shaping up to be a STUNNER!

When the finishes start getting installed, it gets REALLY exciting around here! Our client chose an absolutely gorgeous tile that is going to go well with the moss rock waterfall and spa surface! It’s all coming together nicely in this Granbury pool!

Tile: 1”x 2” Equinox Tile Icy Teal

Let’s redo this pool decking shall we? What a beautiful place our clients have out here in Blue Branch Ranch! The sand set pavers had began to fail and the solution was to do our best to keep the current paver material in great shape while removing them to put a more solid foundation underneath. The crew is doing an amazing job and in no time this decking will be back to looking beautiful for our home owners to enjoy!

Now what? Now we water the shell for 10 days! Hydration is KEY in this step. Some companies will have the homeowner water the shell🧐. Not us! We got you from start to finish! This pool overlooking the Harbor Lakes golf course in Granbury, Tx is an absolute banger!

It’s gunite shoot day for this home overlooking the Harbor Lakes golf course in Granbury, Tx and we just HAD to share an unprovoked, unscripted moment with our rep from AquaStar Pool Products!

We don’t just say “we do it right.” We actually ensure we build things the right way, with the right crews and with the right mindset every. single. time. From engineering every pool, to choosing the right application methods to using the right products, we shoot for excellence every time.

We are thankful for guys like Ryan who sees hundreds of pools a year and recognize the salt and stone difference!

We are honored once again to be building this beautiful pool right here in our hometown of Granbury, Texas!

The tile had completely failed.

New pieces were falling off every day. The issue? Water proofing and installation. Our crew showed up to this DeCordova Bend Estates home and brought the old back to better than new! Pool remodel needed? We got you! New pool build needed? We’ve got you there too!

What a blast this project was! The Nunez family was amazing and had an amazing plan to build their outdoor oasis between their home and their shop! On their short list was of course a pool with a table and seating area, a fully turfed backyard, a pga tour level putting green complete with a sand trap, and beautiful design choices! What a project and we were so thankful to be a part of completing what SWP Custom Homes had already started with the home!

Our show room is coming together nicely at the office! We started with one room, then decided to do two rooms and before you knew it we have grown into building a 4 room show room! Can’t want for you to see more. This has already shown to be a great resource for our clients to not only see their 3d designs on our big screen but also to be able to come to our show room here in Granbury and visualize and feel the material for themselves! The projects we have coming are absolutely amazing and we are thankful for a space to make the experience that much better!
