We're all still here, working away! We've gotten a couple upgrades lately. A bigger and better bandsaw and a much nicer (used) Starlab plasma table. Our son is working full time with us and Mikey is still hanging out as our resident QC.

Some plasma pieces I've cut recently. The PI is covers for a swing set another fabricator is building and is about 11' W x 9' H. I created a crossmember for a bell stand that we grabbed (more of that later), and a two piece sign for a Navy Vet that Diamond C painted.

This client knew EXACTLY what she wanted and had the answers to all the questions that are necessary. She was so easy to work with and so much fun to work with and meet! What you may not see in these pics are the screw holes in each letter. I designed them to align with each other and provided her a graph to follow for installation. Anytime you're working with multiple parts, especially when they're radiuses, it can be quite a challenge. I was concerned they would hate me at the point of install but they executed it beautifully and were thrilled with the outcome!

Another concept to completion! This handrail will keep guests safe during the upcoming graduation party at this residence. Custom fit to allow the owners to still access their upper garage and lower patio easily. 1-1/2" square tubing powder coated in semi gloss black with 1/2" round bar runners for style.

From concept to completion of this sign. Client had the overhead in place with the double cross art and asked for DOUBLE CROSS verbiage to finish it off. The words are approx 6-1/2 feet W and 20" H cut from 3/16" plate.
