The 3 things that decide whether a garage floor lasts:

1. Prep. We diamond grind the slab to clean concrete. Acid etch barely opens the surface and that’s where most floors let go.

2. Moisture. Texas slabs push v***r up from underneath. We meter every floor and put an epoxy v***r barrier down first. That’s the step a one-day install skips.

3. Topcoat. Polyaspartic on top takes the wear instead of your color coat. Kit floors don’t have one, which is why they wear through in the traffic lanes.
