Four years later, this is still my favorite and most satisfying remodel.

I’ll never forget the first visit to this system. The aerator was non-functional, the effluent pump “kinda” worked sometimes and sparks flew as I was examining this “Christmas tree” setup.

We were so happy the homeowner allowed us to make it right. Four years of flawless operation and counting!

A faulty timer on this system had the alarm blaring and tanks bubbling from being too full! Within 15 min we had a new timer installed and the system pumping down.

Another smart decision by a homeowner that opted to have us upgrade their “minimum state required” drip filter to a much larger disc filter with continuous flush.

Why? Because the variables of water usage habits, number of occupants, use of structure (in this case, an air b&b) will determine the frequency of which the drip filter needs to be cleaned and a small, screen filter will clog much faster than the large disc filter.

If you have a high occupancy home with a drip system or have experienced high water alarms due to drip filters being clogged, maybe it’s time to call Harris Aerobic and discuss your options!

Another great Harris Aerobic install is in!

Another great facelift for a system that has been modified incorrectly in the past. The aerator was plumbed to the pump tank and no alarms were functional on this very old setup.

We relocated and installed a new control panel from the garage to the exterior wall near the system, pulled new wiring for the alarm circuit, installed a new alarm float and relocated the aerator and plumbed a new air line with diffuser into the proper (aeration) tank.

Another happy homeowner and another system back online and functioning as it should!
