Great review from Lon... "Ricky is the only plumber I trust. On Saturday, we had an emergency problem with the old water main from the street to the house, so DWP shut off the water. We tried an emergency service that claimed to be able to detect leaks and it took them three hours to figure out the problem, but couldn't be sure if the pipe running under the driveway was damaged. Then they quoted $15k just to do the area where they found the leaks, and hope the problem was fixed. Otherwise, they would have to jackhammer our driveway to replace the rest of the pipe. Add the additional pipe replacement and the cost to redo the concrete and we were looking at $25K. I decided to wait until Ricky could come out to the house, and it was worth it. He replaced the entire pipe without destroying the driveway or making additional holes in the garage to run pipe. He simplified the water lines and updated the ones going to the irrigation system. They did everything and got the water running the same day. The final cost was $9500.
The moral of the story is call Ricky first and save yourself a lot of time, money and aggravation."
