Announcement: “Sorensen Mechanical LLC has merged with GFR Heating, Cooling, & Electric”

We have added an Electrical Division this year as well as a growing HVAC service division to our ever expanding install and remodel side of the company.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank all of you for all your support and business to Sorensen Mechanical LLC. My phone number and email contacts are still up and running. You will still receive the same level and service at GFR that you had with Sorensen Mechanical. I just wasn’t able to keep up with all the work and needed to make a change that would continue to offer you, my customers, the level of service and attention you deserve.

On a remodel adding a 3rd floor addition. Chimney is going away and the customer wanted to keep their existing Furnace and Water tank. Added Tjernlund inducer motors, safeties, and controls. Made it work. Not completely finished. But got them up and running while they live in the home during the remodel.

Also adding a (5) zone Trane zoning system along with new ducting for the 3rd floor.

Recent install of (2) gas fired Sterling warehouse/shop heaters. The customer does flooring refinishing and the space has a lot of stored chemical type products. Not good if you’re using that for your air source to run the heater. So the combustion air is pulled in from outside and the exhaust vents extended out and up above the roof line.

Pulled out an electric furnace and installed a new RunTru 15seer Heat pump and Air Handler. Not a lot of room in that Mechanical closet. Very impressed with this equipment. It’s quiet and has a good price point. Also Installed a new return air to the upper floor and had to relocate the thermostat to a new location. Thanks PostResults,LLC for the help.
