Damien's first day on the job. Age: one month. Experience: ask us again in 18 years.

His "New to the Crew" shirt fit perfectly, and the guys were happy to pose with the newest hire. Gage and Sarah's little guy already has a head start on the rest of us.

We had an amazing time celebrating the success of the builders in our community!

When we come together and support each other we make Alamance county great!

Thank you to everyone who came out to our open house in Efland.

Clients, neighbors, trade partners, and friends walked through our first new construction project, and the homeowners shared what the experience was like from their side. Hearing that directly from them meant more to us than anything we could have said ourselves.

We're grateful for the people who make this work possible, and for a community that shows up. Alamance County and the surrounding area is home for our family, and we're so glad to be building here.

We'll share the full reveal once it's complete.

What's the biggest exterior change you'd make to your home if you could?

What an incredible first retreat for Michelle and this cohort. So proud of her for diving in and can't wait to see what these nine months bring for our community.

Can we build it? Yes we can! (Mason's request, not ours, but we're rolling with it.)

Framing on the front porch of the barn project is underway this week, Bob the Builder approved.

We'll keep sharing updates as this one comes together.
