I was in Belleville two weeks ago working to gather punch lists for several builds we have in the area and am seeking a General Contractor to work these lists off. Next Modular specializes in bringing the best modular builds to life across Indiana and Michigan and we are transitioning out a project manager in this area with need for another.
We sell houses every week and more will be coming to this area. Right now, we need assistance in getting punch lists on existing builds finished so we can get our Certificates of Occupancy and Acceptance done, but moving forward we are also looking to partner with someone in this region for future sets to coordinate trades and we will pay project management fees for the work as well. You can self-bid your company for the work with a competitive comparable bid as well which helps your existing crews get more fill-in work between your builds.
I am a former project manager and GC, and I know these pages are the best for getting out the word to area contractors and that's why I am posting here.
