Yesterday was a great day to celebrate with Laidig Systems at the groundbreaking event for their new office & manufacturing expansion!

This exciting project includes 41,000 SF of new construction featuring a two-story office addition and 20,500 SF of additional warehouse space, along with the remodel of approximately 16,400 SF of existing office space. We will also be incorporating a specialty spiral concrete design located at the main entrance.

We’re excited to partner with Arkos Design on this project, and look forward to seeing
Laidig’s vision come to life!

We’re excited to partner with PMC on their new facility in Elkhart, designed to support the company’s continued growth and expanding production capabilities.

This 132,565 square-foot pre-engineered metal building will feature over 126,800 square feet of advanced production space along with a separate two-story office area. Construction is expected to be completed in December 2026.

As a growing plastic extrusion company, PMC is investing in a facility that will help drive the next phase of their success, and we’re grateful they trusted us to be a part of it.

Our team had a great time at Career Quest 2026 last week! We enjoyed connecting with 7th graders as they explored hands-on career experiences and learned a little bit about construction by nailing shingles to a roof. It was exciting to see students discovering new interests and possibilities for their future.

We’re proud to support events like Career Quest that inspire the next generation and give students a closer look at the many paths available to them. Thanks to CareerWise Elkhart County Modern Youth Apprenticeship and Horizon Education Alliance for hosting such a rewarding event!

From breaking ground last October to the final walk through this month, it has been an incredible journey building the new Jayco Family of Companies unified Sales Center!

We are proud to have delivered a nearly 20,000-square-foot facility in Middlebury, which is more than just offices, it's a hub for collaboration.
