It was a pleasure being the General Contractor ( Zellner Family Renovations 845-649-9230) for the expansion of Jenny’s nails here in Goshen . Jenny and John were great to work with . They are wonderful and I wish them the best of luck on their new expansion . Yesterday was their Grand Opening. Make sure you go up and visit with all of their new space and options that they have.

Customer asked what we could do with this broken screened in aluminum metal framed porch. She wanted it to be a sunroom. this was up in Shawangunk in Ulster County.  this is what we came up with. We ordered in from a company that I deal with very large pieces of Lucite (synthetic polymer known for its great strength resistance to UV rays weathering)for the gable ends all custom cut and also for above the sliders in the front of it came out beautiful all done with aluminum and vinyl walls and trim electric outlets run all around and luxury waterproof vinyl flooring for sliding doors with screens and an entry door

All done nice weekend job Village Of Goshen Cabot scaped then solid color stained , new windows, and some new trim all done in two days

Some work we’re doing this weekend Garage/ barn in the Village Of Goshen power washed last week and solid color staining this weekend and new windows going in. Should be done by tomorrow more pics to come.

Wow wow wow that’s all I can say three of us ripped up this 40x20 deck and put it all back together in two days. Framing was in good condition
