Shaun was born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana, and is currently attending Purdue University, where he is pursuing a degree in Construction Management Technology, along with a minor in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship.

When he's not studying the construction industry, you'll likely find him on the golf course, spending time with friends, or hitting the slopes snowboarding.

We're excited to have Shaun learning, growing, and gaining hands-on experience alongside our team this summer. His passion for leadership, construction, and entrepreneurship makes him a great addition to the Schrock Homes family.

We’re currently hiring a Remodeling Project Manager to join our team.

This role is for someone who thrives in the details but also sees the big picture. With the ability to communicate clearly, solve problems on the fly, and take pride in delivering a great experience—not just a finished project.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing remodeling projects ordering
• Coordinating trades, and materials
• Working directly with homeowners to keep communication clear and expectations aligned
• Ensuring quality craftsmanship and staying on timeline and budget
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in residential construction or remodeling
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
• A passion for creating spaces people love
