Well I messed up i didn't get any before pictures of just how bad this floor was. I cut out 2 large water/termite damaged areas 12ft x 8ft and put new flooring and quarter round down. Turned out beautiful.

Finished up a shower over Easter weekend. Homeowner did the demo and we made it beautiful.
