🌿 WE’RE HIRING: Landscape & Hardscape Crew Member 🌿
Little Lion Landscape Design is expanding! We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Landscape & Hardscape Crew Member to join our team. If you love working outdoors, building custom outdoor spaces, and taking pride in hands-on craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.
🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Hardscaping: Assisting with the installation of patio pavers, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and stone features.
* Site Preparation: Excavation, base prep, grading, moving stone/aggregate, and operating equipment.
* Softscaping & Care: Planting trees, shrubs, and perennial beds, mulching, sod installation, and seasonal cleanups.
* Work safely with power tools, compact power equipment, cut-off saws, and hand tools.
📋 What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Prior hardscape/patio installation or masonry experience preferred (or strong general construction experience).
* Reliability: You show up on time, ready to hustle with a positive attitude.
* Physical Stamina: Comfortable with heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site/shop.
