Well after being flooded with calls after our recent rains, I'm going to give everyone the nitty gritty on these fun invaders.

In the last few days many have noticed hundreds of little black Beatles trying to enter the home. These fun little invaders are part of a group of beetles called darkling Beatles. They lay their eggs in the soil and underneath the foundation of our homes and lay dormant until the the start of our monsoon's. In some cases they can lay dormant for years waiting for the opportune time to make our lives miserable. They will remain active for the next few months, as the monsoons disappear they will also disappear. The unfortunate answer is there's not much that can be done to prevent or diminish the experience with these little creatures. If you currently have service you will realize they die very quickly once entering the home. But for every 100 Beatles that you see there are thousands ready to take its place. Please weather the storm with the confidence that this is a short term issue and they will naturally subside and disappear, until the next monsoons when all the fun starts over again.

The following are much more important... • You are personable and enjoy interacting with customers • You are self-motivated and have a strong work ethic • You can effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups • You are detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety • You have a good aptitude for basic math-- necessary for doing calculations related to sales and service • Of course, given our business, you should be comfortable working outside
