It’s that time of the year where the existing Bermuda and Tiff lawns
will be going into dormancy (turning yellow and looking dead).
Therefore, to keep a beautiful and lush lawn, we must perform the
scalping (removal of existing grass blades) and reseeding of Rye Seed
to all turf areas. This process has many advantages such as the
obvious, dark green and very soft lawn, and low watering cost. It
also removes built up thatch that can cause an unhealthy summer lawn
and helps prevent w**ds from taking over lawn area during the usual
February to May w**d season. A nice green winter lawn keeps the dry
and brittle dormant grass from getting tracked into our homes.
Please contact us to schedule your Winter Rye grass installation and
receive your estimated cost as soon as you can to ensure your property
is beautiful for the upcoming holiday season and spring. We will
begin this service starting October 1st thru October 30.
