We're excited to welcome Dennis Palmer to the Bunney's team.

Dennis brings more than 20 years of mining industry experience, having led operations, maintenance programs, projects, and teams in some of the most demanding industrial environments. Throughout his career, he's built a reputation for solving complex problems, developing strong teams, and delivering results while keeping safety, integrity, and relationships at the center of his work.

But if you ask Dennis what matters most, he'll tell you it's his family. A husband of nearly 21 years, father of three, business owner, and man of faith, Dennis is driven by a desire to build a legacy that his family can be proud of. His leadership style is grounded in discipline, service, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

As Project Manager for Bunney's Mining Division, Dennis is focused on supporting our mining clients, strengthening partnerships, and helping our teams continue to grow and deliver exceptional work.

When he's not working, you'll likely find him spending time with family, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hunting, golfing, playing music, or pursuing the next challenge that helps him grow as a leader.

Some projects are bigger than concrete.

Recently, our team had the opportunity to help a local women’s shelter by replacing a section of sidewalk on their property. It wasn’t a large project by construction standards, but it’s the kind of work that reminds us why we do what we do.

These facilities provide safety, stability, and a fresh start for women and families facing incredibly difficult circumstances. Knowing that our team could play a small role in improving their environment meant a lot to us.

After the work was completed, we received this note from the shelter's CEO: “Your crew is fantastic! They are all so nice and work so quickly. The new sidewalk looks amazing and we are just so thankful.”

The credit goes to the men and women on our team who consistently show up with professionalism, craftsmanship, and a willingness to help wherever they're needed.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support organizations that make a real difference in our community and proud of our crew for representing Bunney’s so well.

Last week, a few members of the Bunney’s team traded hard hats, project schedules, and jobsite conversations for cutting boards, taco meat, and dish duty.

It’s easy to think culture is built through big initiatives, but often it shows up in smaller moments. People giving their time. Stepping in to help. Choosing to support their community without expecting anything in return.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this and for organizations like the Ronald McDonald House that provide comfort and support during incredibly difficult seasons.
