service. We offer general pest control but specialize in scorpions, German roaches, ticks, ants, spiders, wasps, crickets, black widows, earwigs and outdoor cockroaches. Sometimes there is a swarm and we have contacts for companies to remove the swarm and take them if a customer cannot wait for the swarm to move on. We do bee hive removal if extermination is necessary. If the removal process causes structure damage we can make recommendation for repairs. If bee extermination is necessary we will come before the sun rises or after it sets in order to make sure we do not miss any foraging bees that are not in the hive. The environment is very important to us and we know that bees are an important factor in our environment. Scorpions are prevelant in Arizona and we specialize in the control of these arthropods. We offer night scorpion hunting service so that we not only know where the greatest infestation is but are able to illiminate many of the scorpions through this chemical free process. We also offer a bed bug maintenance program for the customer who has some bed bug issues. We do not treat a couple of times and leave. We offer peace of mind to monitor your home. This package is often used for the frequent traveler. We offer a totally organic package using only natural products. This service includes mini yard maintenance since the environment surrounding a home may be conducive to many species of insects and arthropods. An example of a mini service is raking leaf litter under bushes as well as trimming the bottom or bushes to allow treatment to shrubs within 10 feet of the perimeter of a structure. We will advise you of leaks or gaps on your building that may allow pests to enter and seal many of them. This type of organic service takes longer and it is recommended that a monthly service is necessary but for customers who want a chemical free environment this may give them comfort. Pink Mantis believes that continuing education is a necessary factor in having a successful pest control company. Chemicals, treatment plans and the law is continuously changing. In order to offer the best top of the line service we have to be in the know. Our service times are Monday through Friday 6am through 6pm, however, we will come out on Saturdays and dawn or evening service by appointment or for an initial service.
