We’re looking for a motivated, reliable person to join our concrete crew!

📍 Location: Based in the Winona, MN area
🕒 Hours: Full-time / Seasonal (Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
💪 Position: Concrete Laborer / Crew Member

We work on residential and light commercial projects:
✔️ ICF and poured foundations
✔️ Basement & garage floors
✔️ Driveways, porches, sidewalks
✔️ Flatwork and new construction

Experience is a bonus but not required – we’re willing to train the right person!

✅ Must be dependable and able to work outdoors
✅ Team player with a good attitude
✅ Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
✅ Opportunity to grow with a hardworking, close-knit crew

We’re a small concrete company focused on high-quality ICF foundations and flatwork. We're looking to add a motivated crew member who’s dependable and ready to work.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Help build ICF foundation systems (see photo!)
🔹 Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete floors, driveways, and more
🔹 Learn valuable trade skills — training provided

Requirements:
✅ Strong work ethic
✅ Comfortable working outdoors
✅ Experience is great, but not required — we’ll train the right person
